Zee5’s latest offering 420 IPC is a hot, heaping pile of mediocrity that fails to do justice to a promising plot and its talented cast. The movie revolves around the life of Bansi, a chartered accountant from a simple background. His world is turned upside down when a client accuses him of fraud and forgery.

CA Keswani is arrested for a crime and his lawyer Birbal fights his case. But Birbal realises that everything is not as simple as it seems.
